My 7-year-old cat, Winston, died while in Plush Pad’s care during a grooming appointment, and this has been one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. I received a phone call stating that he had “stopped breathing” and that CPR was being administered. At that point, no emergency vet transport had been initiated. I was the one who called back and instructed them to immediately take him to an emergency hospital. Afterward, an ultrasound performed by the veterinarian showed that Winston had undiagnosed Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, which likely contributed to what happened. I understand this condition can be silent and catastrophic. However, I am deeply upset by how the emergency situation was handled and by the delay in seeking emergency veterinary care. Winston was my baby for seven years, and trusting someone with your pet only to never bring them home again is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone. I encourage pet owners to ask detailed questions about emergency protocols and response procedures before leaving their animals in anyone’s care.

We love Plush Pad!! Leilani has been going there since about 2020…. Always gets great care… and loves to go( unlike being scared when going other places)…..

I got my two delinquent dogs groomed at Plush Pad Friday and the whole experience was great. Miss Amber couldn't have been nicer and I could tell instantly that she was a huge dog lover by the way she handled them. Winston and Ralphie smell great now and Miss Amber gave them each a green Bandana and a stuffed hedgehog as going away presents! I was having horrible allergies that I had a feeling were mostly about dog dander but last night I could actually breath for the first time in months. This grooming place is walking distance from the Walmart so it was very convenient and it had plenty of parking

I have been taking my dog Sophia for years. This is HARD work (plus people!) I am always amazed by their great attitude, ridiculously good work and how they notice changes in my dog that may be of concern. We feel super lucky to have found them. Side note so grateful that employees get time off. Even if it conflicts with “our” schedule, we are glad they are taking good care of THEM too!

They gave my senior kitty her first bath! She had matting on her belly and needed a sanitary trim real bad. They took her in same day and had her ready to go in 4 hours with a free towel and toy! Cost like $160 with tip included. She smells great and is soft! Even her lil paw pads look moisturized. Will definitely go back if she needs another refresh in the future :)
