Fluff ‘n’ Buff Dog Grooming

Taken our babies here a few times already and Ella does such an amazing job! She is kind, patient and understanding especially with Luna’s (our cocker spaniel) who is very prone to ear issues and with Amber (our rescue pittie) that’s a little older. Our girls love their time with her! They’re always super transparent with pick up/drop off times and openings. Scheduling with them is super easy. Their shop is also set up so it’s not many puppers together so Amber and Luna don’t get as anxious as they would in other groomers. If you talk to them about your babies’ needs I’m sure they’ll accommodate as closely as possible Highly recommend them! Thank you Ella!

Xavier was calm and professional with my dog. She has never been groomed before, and Xavier asked good questions ahead of the groom to gage how she would be, and gave me details when I came to pick her up. My pup is clean, smells nice, isn’t shedding everywhere, and she’s happy. She seemed to love it there. I’m so happy to have a high quality service so close to home. We’ll be back.

We are so happy we found Fluff ‘n’ Buff! After moving to Austin, we had a really hard time finding a groomer who could handle our very anxious boy, Woody, and it honestly made me nervous to take him anywhere. Ella was amazing from start to finish. She was so patient and kind with him, and Woody came out looking exactly how we wanted. The communication throughout the process was fantastic, which made the whole experience even better. It's such a relief to have finally found a groomer we trust. We booked our next appointment on the spot. Cannot recommend Fluff ‘n’ Buff enough!

I truly can’t say enough good things about Fluff N Buff! From the grooming itself to the way the business is run and the kindness of the entire team, it’s all top-notch. If you’re looking for a groomer, this is the place to go. We had previously taken our goldendoodle, Izzy, to another groomer for puppy cuts. But when it came time for her first full groom, it was a horrible experience, she came home with a cut paw pad that was bleeding, no bandage, and no apology. I had to ask for a paper towel just to get her home. Worse, they blamed her and charged us extra because the groom “took longer than expected.” And this was from the owner who groomed her. After that, it took me a few months to find a new groomer I felt comfortable with. I discovered Xavier and his team on social media and loved that they offer one-on-one appointments with no crating. I decided to give them a try, and I’m so glad I did. After our first visit, Izzy looked amazing. It was hands down the best cut she’s ever had, and more importantly, she was happy and relaxed when I picked her up. Their pricing is incredibly fair, and they’re always flexible when our schedule shifts. Today was Izzy’s fourth full groom wi
