My young dog needed immediate attention, and they were very accomodating at Pinnacle. Friendly, professional staff & Dr. Fraley was a jewel! He let me know what we were tedting for, test results & treatment plan. He was concise & not rushed, & asked me if i had questions. Pinnacle will be our clinic for my dog & my cat! ( we recently moved here from Louisiana)

Dr Fraley was great with my not so nice Shepherd Timber. He had to have two tears fixed on his knee. He is doing great after only 6 weeks from his TTA repair. The first place I took him couldn’t even tell me for sure he had a tear. Dr Fraley was able to tell me as soon as he saw his leg.

I absolutely love Pinnacle Pet Health. Dr. Fraley is an expert in his field, other vets refer problem cases and surgeries to him because of his skill and knowledge. All the vet techs are very kind, professional and go out of their way to ensure the patient and the owner feel comfortable. The ladies at the front desk always greet the clients with a smile and are so friendly. They are great at managing scheduling for making appointments and keeping the office running smoothly. I’ve referred several friends, family and coworkers to Pinnacle Pet Health.

I had to lay a member of our family to sleep and I was an absolute mess. Everyone at Pinnacle was so kind to me, let me express my emotions, take my time saying my goodbyes, and treated my fur baby with so much love and care. The room we were put in was comfortable for both myself and my fur baby. They even had Hershey kisses for him. I picked him up today and it exceeded my expectations. The photo frame, paw prints, his hair, the container with his ashes. Everything was perfect. So, thank you Pinnacle and All Pets Cremation for making this just a little less hard on our family. You are definitely recommended!

Dr.Fraley has been Archie’s veterinarian for many years. We have always appreciated Dr. Fraley’s professionalism, knowledge, and care. All of the staff at Pinnacle Pet Health are extremely caring and personable with their patients and their pet owners. This week we also met Dr. Cavender who was so sweet in explaining to us about our sweet Archie dog’s illness. She too is so compassionate and knowledgeable. We had to make the difficult decision to part with our Archie. The wonderful staff made our sad morning much easier by showing Archie and us so much compassion, giving us all the time we needed, and tending to our needs with such care. We will forever be thankful for, and remember all their kindness. Diane and Kevin…and sweet Archie too🫶🏼🥰❤️
