Everyone was very friendly and handled my dog like she was their own. Price was great. Living on a fixed income doesn't leave much for extras

When I lived 31 years in Woodbury, NJ; I NEVER ONCE had any problem with scheduling or paying for pet care: emergency or once a year. York, PA has been HORRIBLE! Mason Dixon Emergency was disgusting; forcing my cat to sit in his poop for three hours on 10-24-24. Two days ago, I thought I might have a decent experience with VetCo after six years of disappointments with PetVet. The Loucks road location made me sit for an hour and a half, when they could have told me to go to the Shrewsbury location. When I went to Shrewsbury for three/four years; they were very nice to me, but refused to give me paperwork to prove my cat got his shots. Last year they charged me even more money than today. VetCo cancelled my appointment today by text message, which put me into a tail spin since I have to prepare my cat for 24 hours in order to get ready to go to the vet. I spent two hours trying to call and navigate the disgusting website that DOES NOT WORK. In desparation after a wasted morning being put on hold and pushing buttons on the PetVet website that DO NOT WORK; I called my wonderful veternarian, Spring Grove Animal Hospital on Hanover Street. Not only did they have a same day appoint

I was charged $31.00 for nail trimming. My dog only needed the front nails trimmed. Why charge for a full trim when only needed front trim? Also when I asked for prescriptions for Bravecto and Interceptor Plus. I didn't get them even though I had blood testing done for Heart Worms.

I never expected such friendly and prompt service from a store like Tractor Supply! They really showed care and support for my GSD who isn't very well trained. She got the same treatment she would have gotten from a vet's office without all the added expense. I will be taking her there for all her vaccines moving forward for sure!

The visit wait was not long & the vet & techs were kind & informative. Got my kitty vaccinated, checked over & kindly given back to me in short order. They made it easy to have my new kitten checked over & vaccinated. $130...fair
