We just picked up our three dogs after a five-day stay at PetSuites Roswell, and unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. One of the reasons we chose PetSuites was the promise of regular updates. That simply did not happen. Our two smaller dogs received one update with photos on the first day and a generic food update, but nothing after that. Our senior dog received no updates at all during her stay. In fact, the only report in the app was from her visit in April. When I texted asking specifically about our senior dog, I was told, “No news is good news.” That isn’t reassuring when you’re trusting someone with a senior pet. Only after I reached out did I receive a call and text saying she had been vomiting in group play and appeared to be stressed. Surprisingly, none of that information appeared in her checkout report. The checkout experience was equally disappointing. When I asked the employee, Annalise, how my senior dog had done, her initial response was simply, “Fine.” After I questioned that, she replied, “I haven’t been here.” If she didn’t know, a much better response would have been, “I haven’t been here, but let me check with someone

Bailey absolutely loves this place! She loves going every single weekday, and on the weekends when I can get her there. She loves it so much that she has to say goodbye to everybody before leaving. Everyone there takes extremely good care of her. I am very lucky that I found this place for my dog to just have fun. The theme days are the best! I wish I could name all of the wonderful staff, but it would take the whole review to do so. It truly is everybody that makes her experience wonderful.They really treat you like family at the PetSuites Roswell location.

My pup has gone to daycare there many times, and she recently stayed for three nights. They sent me daily updates through email and text with a link to their portal, where I could see photos of her and check whether she ate. They also have cameras, so I was able to watch her play throughout the day. It really put my mind at ease. The staff is really nice and they take really great care of my baby dog. I took her here on her birthday and they celebrated her!!

The staff is great! My dog is well taken care of every time. I board long stays, in the penthouse and it’s the best. I love that I can log into the cameras anytime. I highly recommend the Roswell location.

Love this place! The staff are amazing and my dog loves them so much. I also, love the fact that they have so many activities for dogs, but when it comes for boarding, they are the best! I can be away and see my dog from the camera in his room! I definitely recommend the Roswell location in Mansell Rd. Thank you guys for taking care of my dog.
