I did the self-wash. The staff were super friendly, kind, and helpful. The facilities are clean easy to use. I loved their rinse and shampoo machine. Everything was smooth and delightful. 10/10 would recommend.

Often people complain about customer service but don’t feel compelled to share with others when their experience is great. I brought in my Australian Shepherd for a deshedding service. A few days later he started coughing. I alerted Petbar in case there were any other coughs reported. I was contacted immediately by the owner Marie to address my concerns. She was amazing! She patiently listened and took time explaining their cleaning processes, isolation of dogs etc. I was happy to report back to her my dog was negative for any viruses. It was most likely an allergy. Marie still followed up and made sure Kona was doing well and noted in his chart not to use any fragrances. I was left with a feeling of pride in her business, confidence in her staff and care for our pets. I have an appointment for both shepherds this week. Happy to have found a home at Petbar in Roswell.

I love this place almost as much as my doodle does! He used to be scared to be groomed now he enjoys it. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff and a clean and tidy facility. I’m happy to be a regular.

This was the first time coming to PetBar, and we were so so happy with the services our dogs received! We have had such bad experiences with other groomers but PetBar listened and our dogs were taken care of and came back looking amazing! I will be bringing them back again, thank you Kaylee!

Love Petbar! They always do a great job grooming our mini golden doodle and will do touchups if it’s not just right. We’ve taken her there since she was old enough for her first cut and will continue to do so. Very easy and fast. Competitively priced.
