My little Sr guy had his evaluation for day care and boarding. He didn’t want to leave. All the staff seemed very attentive to his needs. We have already scheduled to return I trust they will take care of him when I need them. Hard to be apart but he will have more fun than being alone at home.

Do not board your dog here for an extended stay. I went out of country and booked her for 17 days. My invoice was around $900. It was $1300 after surprise tacked on services when I got home. $59 a day for a “luxury” suite, in which she did not get properly fed, walked or played with and sat in her pee several times because she wasn’t taken out to potty. Her bed (which is part of that $59 you pay) disappeared after the first few days. When I picked her up, the staff was still referring to her as a “he.” There were several days in a row she was only fed once or twice a day, instead of 3. Every time I checked the camera almost, she was sitting alone in her cell. An FYI, the cameras are not two-way to talk to your pup & are turned off every night. I had to request updates throughout my trip and pay for pawgress reports (because $80 a day doesn’t include pictures and reports on your dog somehow) to ensure she was given attention. I am certain the staff are spread THIN, but I had no peace of mind on my trip that she was taken care of. Especially not $1300 worth. I do not need a response from management, I will be in touch with my bank, I just hope there will be a better level of staffing

This is the second time we’ve driven out here after receiving a confirmation, only to be turned away at the door. Today, we were told my dog didn’t have his Bordetella or distemper vaccines on record, but both of those last three years. The staff member canceled our appointment and made us reschedule on the spot, without pausing to verify anything. I called my dog’s vet directly afterward, and they confirmed exactly what I already knew: those vaccines are current and valid. On top of that, we had a preferred groomer, and no one ever bothered to let us know she had to leave. We found out on our own. That’s not how you treat returning clients. If you’re unsure about something, ask. Don’t assume. You don’t know how far we drove or what it costs us in time and money to make these trips. The fact that no one attempted to double-check before turning us away, and no one communicated that our preferred groomer was gone, is unacceptable. Communication is the foundation of client retention.

My dog (Harold, 2yo Labradoodle) loves coming to Pet Suites. He literally drags me into the building and is worn out when he comes home! They have awesome events and the groomers are fantastic. He’s never had a bad cut. They really love the animals here!

Everyone seems really nice and genuinely concerned about each and every pet. Austin was a big help with my anxiety of leaving my girl due to her being scared upon leaving her for her evaluation. I'm looking forward to being able to work and not worry how she is doing. Thank You Pet Suites Angela C.
