I had a wonderful experience with this Pet suits Gahanna. The staff were friendly, caring, and professional. They kept my dog comfortable, well-fed, and happy throughout the stay. The facility was clean, safe, and well-maintained, and I appreciated the regular updates about my pet. I highly recommend this dog hotel to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to board their dog.

My Weimaraner, Kobe, has been going to all day group play at Pet Suites Gahanna for over a month now. He absolutely loves it. All the staff is fantastic. They are friendly, helpful, and take good care of the dogs. I would like to recognize Emily and Kam for being especially helpful.

I brought my Siberian Husky back from Iowa last August. Started taking her to Pet Suite and when she knows she is going to doggy daycare she wooowooo. I love how they take care of her and call her Phe Phe short for Phoenix. I know she’s in good hands because they genuinely care about your pet.

My dog has been going to daycare here for almost a year now and he is always so excited to go. You can tell he loves the staff and the staff loves him. They've gone above and beyond to help us recently as I had a baby 10 days ago and my dog was boarded there during that time. It was so reassuring to know that our fur baby was OK while we were in the hospital.

My dog Millie has been coming here for awhile now and loves it every time! She has daily medication that is always administered correctly. At Millie's recent stay, I accidentally didn't provide enough of her medication. The staff went above and beyond and contacted our vet to receive an emergency prescription and went to pick it up. They also moved Millie to her own space to ensure she wouldn't have a reaction and that she felt safe and comfortable. This meant so much to my family knowing she was safe. Thank you to everyone at Pet Suites for taking such great care of our fur babies!
