I waited in the fish and crickets section for an employee to finish what she was busy doing. another 2 customers walked up and proceeded to talk to her. She explained to one that the fish she wanted wouldnt fit in her tank and after she walked away the other customer asks if when she's done with what she's doing can she be helped. No big deal, she spoke before me, in that situation I can't complain. Then 3 different employees walk by me while she's being helped, watching me clearly waiting. Then finally one walks past me to get to a guy that just walked up on the other side of the tanks and asks him if he needs help. It would be one thing if he called her over. But no, she went out of her way to get around me to go ask him if he needed help. I waited for another 3-5 minutes then left without being helped because I was ready to freak out on someone that probably didn't deserve it. I've came here for the last 3 years, this experience made me never want to deal with these people again.

They said 2-3 hours for a mini schnauzer haircut. Instead it was 3-4. That is far too long for the dog to be there. Guessing they over book. No compassion for the poor pets! Shame on you Petsmart.

I have taken my dog to both the PetSmart on Louise and Highline Place for grooming. I love the one on Louise, did not have any issues going there whatsoever. I moved and started going to the groomers at highline place because it was closer. It’s been alright, but the grooms are definitely not done as well as the one on Louise. This last grooming at Highline Place was terrible. They shaved half my dog’s tail and trimmed the other half to be pretty. I’ve never seen my dog look so ugly after this grooming. I’d give a 0 star rating, but the customer service was phenomenal. I was extremely upset, and they were able to refund me for the grooming. Would recommend the PetSmart on Louise over the one on Highline Place.

Nice store layout. Nice sales and loyalty rewards. They have cats, fish, and guinea pigs you can buy in store. So many products and Nice friendly helpful staff.

Honestly Petsmart is our Go to store for anything regarding our pets and the staff are always so welcoming Just recently welcomed a new member to our family and PetSmart was there to help us in adoption and getting all we needed for our newest member. Also found a nice item we are using for our litter that is a vault that a associate pointed out for us Says for food but works good for storing litter as well and dont have to deal with tons of bags or that Not to mention we fell in love with the ease of the PetSmart app rewards and all the offers available.
