I just talked to Riley and I had placed an order online. I missed the cutoff time so I called to find out if I could still get the order today she was so nice. She already had it picked and packed and ready to go and they were about ready to ship it out. They are so wonderful to me and I appreciate it more than they know the staff there is SO WONDERFUL!!!! that’s the reason that I shopped there is because of the staff are such fantastic people!!! I could go anywhere and get food but there I get personal service people who know my name they’re always so helpful and friendly. I really appreciate that you don’t get that much nowadays!

Honestly this has been the best pet Supplies I have visited & I visited many across the nation. I find everyone is very friendly & helpful & it’s not because it’s a SD thing 🙄. It’s people be trained properly on customer service. I would highly recommend them the only thing I have noticed & I feel it doesn’t go against them if nothing guilty by association but the grooming area. I’ve tried many times & find them very a friendly so that sucks since pet smart pet grooming area absolutely horrible.

Great locally owned pet supplies store. We take our dogs there for some quick nail clippings as well as the rental dog wash station. Staff is always helpful and they provide treats for your pup. Would highly recommended mmend.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!💜💜💜💜💜💜I go there religiously 2-3 times a week. They all know me as the lady who buys cookies for the dogs who come in. The people there are SO FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!! There are 2 sisters Peyton and Emma that are AMAZING!!!’ They all jump in to ask if you need any help. I just have to say you can’t go wrong going here!! THEY ARE AMAZING!!!💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

We brought both of our Bernese Mountain dogs to the self service dog wash last night, March 9. While drying our rescue girl, she suddenly collapsed. We tried chest compressions and CPR, but lost her on the floor in the back. The employees there last night were nothing short of amazing and kind and did absolutely everything they could to help us. We walked out of there with our boy still wet and our girl's body wrapped in a towel they gave us for her and not having to pay for their baths. When we took her collar off later that night, we noticed she still had one of their leads from the tub on, so this morning we loaded our boy up and went back. We handed that over, got our boy a couple new toys and went to the counter to check out. When the cashier realized that we were the ones who lost our precious girl there the previous night (apparently one of the other employees called her and told her what happened), she told us we wouldn't be paying for the few things we had, that it was the least they could do for us after losing our baby girl so suddenly and unexpectedly. We hope you know how much your kind gesture meant to us. We will never forget it and won't go anywhere else for our
