I used their grooming salon and was quite pleased with the results. I have a very active 6 mo puppy and he is finicky about his face and feet and the groomer was still able to do a good job on him. I was impressed as the time before was close to a disaster, no nail trim and missed places. Definitely a difference. Thank you.

I wish I have the option to put 0 stars to this place, I made an appointment for my dog, my dog that is injured, and these people even though I made an appointment and I got a confirmation email, they turned my dog away without an explanation, they just didn’t wanna see him or do their job, as veterinarian they made a vow of taking care of patients and saving life’s, it seems they don’t take their job seriously! I’m so upset, I drove all the way there for nothing, why would you accept my appointment if you guys are so busy ? I’ll add screenshots to show proof Please do better

I rarely give 1 star reviews but this one had to be done. This place SUCKS! The only good thing about this place is the friendly taller guy who stocks the dog food. He’s super friendly and helpful. Anyways.. Yesterday I brought some dog food in for a return/replacement because it became moldy only after 3 weeks. We were met by this kid who basically said they don’t do returns if the food is under half full. (The bags are never full to the brim anyways and he made this patronizing gesture at the bag like I don’t know where halfway is..) Instead of asking a question about the food, maybe trying to help us or even genuinely seem sorry about the fact they’re selling moldy food, he just said “sorry” and stood there like a gormless child. NEVER EVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN. I’m warning all pet owners to avoid Petsmart at all costs. We went to Petco Midvale for a much more pleasant customer service experience. No pet shop should EVER act this way when selling bad product. No company should ever hire people who work in customer service and act this way in general. This location is clean, smells better than other pet stores and usually fully stocked. They have a great selection of cats for adoption every time I come in I say hi to the cats and they are all really sweet so props to the rescue for helping so many cute cats find a home. I have maxed out my cat limit at home but I wish I could adopt every single one I see here.

I have brought my pups here for their grooming services for years. They’re always happy to see them and do such a nice job! Lately I’ve been taking my eski to the academy. He hates being there because he’s an anxious dog, but they treat him so well and have lots of patience! Two of my dogs are only eligible for the express service so I have to call to book them. I do wish the app had a way to book them!
