I just washed my Australian Shepherd here. He can get aggressive with grooming sometimes. The staff were so helpful and supportive, one man even lifted my dog into the tub for me since he's 43 lbs and a little big for me. He also helped pick out a brush that doesn't pull his hair and a good de shedding shampoo. It was nice to be to leave all the mess behind (sorry about all the hair)!

If you want to pay for services that are not performed and because of those services are not performed, it leads to an infection, and then to the doctor to treat the undone service $300 later only to speak to the manager have a glimpse of hope they would do the right thing and correct the problem just for me to show up check in after 20 minutes be told that now they’re not able to do the service because there is one vaccine that would technically be expiring within 24 hours. The worst part is after speaking to the manager and him reviewing who was responsible they insured me the woman had been let go, and there would be someone else grooming, my dog however, when I showed up the woman who has caused the infection was not only not fired, but standing ready to take my dog even one requested otherwise.🤯 Everyone’s pets deserve better!!

Kairynn is the best groomer i’ve ever gone to!! she never disappoints me, and my poodle loves her. 10/10 recommend Kairynn and pet supplies plus! thank you guys for always taking care of us💗🐾

Customer service was great! They were helpful, friendly and knew what they were doing. The prices here were also great! Good clearance items and great choice of dog toys, tools, beds, feeding bowls and more! Excited to come back when we want to pamper our pup. It’s cool that they have grooming here too! It looked spacious and seemed professional! Loved that the employees didn’t try to keep pressuring us into making an account with them like a couple of the other pet stores do… Also they had a great selection on extra tiny dog harnesses and collars!

Update: The owner contacted me and wanted to make things right with the poor grooming experience. He offered to fix my dog’s cut and have him back to be groomed next time to earn our trust back. He also said they were going to adjust their grooming schedule and work with their groomer on improving communication with clients. I really appreciated the time he took to reach out to me, and that he wanted to do everything he could to make things right. He was very understanding and kind. —————————————————————————— The store is nice, and the selection of items was good, but I can’t say anything good about the groomer. Maria said we could pick our dog up in 2.5 hours. We returned to find the groomer chatting with the clerk at the register, and our dog wasn’t dry and hadn’t been groomed. She said he was taking a long time to dry and to come back in an hour. I asked why she hadn’t called to tell us about the delay and she said “I’ve been busy”. It took an additional hour and 20 minutes (total 3hrs 50 mins) before he was done, and the cut is terrible. You can see in the pictures his head and ears are terribly uneven. Definitely not what I expected when I paid well over $100 for grooming
