I think best pet store in town! Fast online service! I order off the app 2 or 3 times a week, my orders usually ready in 30 to 60 mins. Friendly staff, great selection of products, good prices! I feed 10 cats a day, twice each day, most are homeless, so I know and need good prices! Thank you!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! My dog struggles with anxiety outside the people he knows and he was the calmest I've ever seen when having his nails trimmed! I will definitely be returning for this quality service over and over again!

horrible customer service and aren’t very nice, has crazy outrageous extra taxes added on the end of every receipt, will not be going back … i only went because they were the only store selling prescription food before 7pm! I tried to come in to get my cats prescription food when i was denied, i have a prescription card through Banfeild pet hospital located in only petsmart independence and petco lees summit , so i have a petco card which is apparently different and they can’t sell prescription food using my banfeild prescription card… When i have gotten food there multiple times using that Same card more than 10 times ! How terrible of an establishment to denied a customers prescription card for cancer vet food when it’s the same vet located in both stores, saying it wasn’t possible at all ): do not recommend this store , they will not be getting me back as a customer

My boyfriend & I went here to get some fish after having a TERRIBLE experience at Petco. We went in, browsed at some fish. The employee was patient, kind and helped up immediately when we were ready to tell him what fish we wanted. We got our fish and headed to the registers. Register 1 was open and the cashier was currently ringing someone. As soon as we got into line to wait, another cashier (seemed to maybe be a manager) came and checked us out on the second register. Super friendly staff! - their fish tanks were clean, and seemed to be well maintained! I noticed no dead fish and no fish looked sick or under observation.

Had the boys cut and shampoo. The staff was very nice to our fur buddies. They may not have enjoyed the spa day. But they look amazing. Prices were reasonable and the effort and helpfulness was welcome. We had trouble choosing how to groom and the staff offered choices to us. They look great and we are happy with the visit. The staff are definitely animal lovers and that means a lot to us as owners and companions. Definitely will return for grooming and maintenance for the dogs.
