I had such a great experience at the PetSmart in Hollywood. As soon as I walked in, Darcy greeted me and could tell I had no clue what I was doing with my new puppy. She jumped right in to help and told me about the $20 puppy coupon booklet, which has already saved me hundreds of dollars. I actually live in Miami Beach, but I’ll only come to this location now because of how great the experience was. I’ve also gone back for grooming, and my little pup looked amazing after. Everyone here is super helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this place! See you all soon!

Tim at PetSmart was absolutely amazing! He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. You can really tell he cares about both the customers and the animals. His customer service went above and beyond, and he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. It’s hard to find employees that genuinely care the way Tim does. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit PetSmart!

Great Experience!!! Found 3 baby kittens on a railroad and needed some help because I couldn’t find an open shelter. Walked into petsmart and met Tim. He was amazing and offered to foster them until they reached a healthy weight. So grateful he is able to give them the care they need so they can go to a good home.

This team works so hard and are so nice. It's been consistently a great experience. Shout out to the assistant managers, cashier's and stock staff! I see them often. The store is clean, there are plenty of carts and they aim to please. Recently, a product that is being discontinued was not available, and they made sure to get it for me since that brand and product would save me money, I didn't even ask. They must be animal buddies. Thanks, Petsmart team! Ya'll keep showing up for pet parents. Also, thanks for continuing to feature animals that are ready to be adopted into their forever homes. ❤️

I recently visited the PetSmart in Dania Beach, conveniently located near I-95, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The parking was easy, which made accessing the store a breeze. Upon entering, I found everything to be well-organized and impeccably clean, creating a pleasant shopping environment. The stock of pet supplies was excellent, with a wide variety of products for all types of animals. I was particularly impressed by the extensive selection of fish available for sale, along with beautiful aquariums and all the necessary supplies to set up a stunning fish tank. Additionally, they had turtles and parakeets, as well as everything needed to care for them. One unique feature I noticed was the dedicated space for pet grooming, including washing stations and nail trimming services. This is a great convenience for pet owners looking to pamper their furry friends. Another highlight was the relatively low foot traffic during my visit, which meant that the checkout lines moved quickly. Overall, my experience at PetSmart was fantastic. With its great selection, friendly staff, and clean environment, I highly recommend this location for all your pet needs! I will defin
