Brought my puggle here to get her nails trimmed. Jordan in the Grooming department was kind and professional. He used a nail grinding device to file down her nails. Jordan was most helpful, he even assisted with placing her in a new harness.

Super bad service I called beforehand and I asked if they were ferrets they said yes when I come to the store, there was no ferrets and I implied and I asked Representative that works there is their ferrets they’re like yes and when I go look there isn’t any and she’s like oh yes, I meant parrot. I was not there for that. I went ahead and bought the birds as soon as I arrive home, they are dead the little boxes they provided me them in was super small and barely any breathing Space They need to fix this. I asked the representative before leaving. May you please put the birds in the cage that I was buying at the store? He told me no I think this is a major issue that they need to fix at the store

I have been taking my dogs for grooming for several years with LeeAnn. She does anyone amazing job and treats my dogs as if they are part of her family. She has groomed my Maltese before his passing and currently treats my two large dogs. They enjoy their spa days and always come home happy, smelling amazing and have their nails trimmed. Thanks to LeeAnn for doing an awesome job grooming my dogs.

We’ve shopped at Pet Supplies Plus before and have generally had good experiences, but this one was disappointing. We purchased a 35 lb bag of Purina Pro dog food that ended up being infested with bugs and what appeared to be fly eggs. The store replaced it without issue, which we appreciated, and told us that if it happened again to bring both receipts for a refund. Unfortunately, the replacement bag had the same issue. When we opened it, bugs crawled out immediately. We emptied it into our dog food container hoping to salvage it, but the entire bag was contaminated and ultimately had to be thrown away. When I returned with both receipts, I was told the full bag needed to be brought in for a refund. I understand store policies, but given the circumstances and the fact that this was a repeat issue, I was hoping for more flexibility. What’s frustrating is that we buy the same food regularly from Pet Supermarket and have never had this issue. At this point, we’ll likely be shopping there moving forward. Hoping this was just a bad batch and that inventory checks are improved. EDIT: The store manager personally reached out, offered a full refund, and took the time to recommend a f
