Always get additional charges for any matted fur. Should be included in the already expensive service/partial cut paid for. After even paying this additional fee. There was still a Matt on her neck I had to remove myself. The trim job was not great. Looked sloppy and did not follow length directions for butt. Best to go to local groomer for better work and no surprise charges.

Melissa K is an amazing and wonderful groomer. She always welcomes me and my fur baby with a smile. I've gone to several locations and various groomers over the years, but nobody beats the professionalism and care that Melissa puts into making my baby girl looking fresh 😄. Kudos!

They went above and beyond to care for my pup. Not only did they fit her in when I went to the wrong Petsmart and make her look pretty, they also identified another problem and helped alert me to it so that I could alert my vet. I could not thank you more lovely ladies from Petco! You have a special place in fur heaven.

My dog smelled soooooo good when she was finished at the groomers. The ladies were nice, and even though my dog wouldn't let them trim her front nails they still got the back, and weren't upset my dog is difficult.
