I came into this shop because I was interested in purchasing treats for my two dogs and wanted to support a small local business. Unfortunately, the way I was treated immediately changed my mind. When I walked in, the two women working there were engaged in a conversation with another customer. I wasn’t greeted, acknowledged, or even offered assistance. They simply looked at me while continuing their conversation. After the customer left, they continued watching me but still made no effort to speak to me or provide customer service. What stood out to me was the stark difference in how warmly they interacted with the customer before me compared with how I was treated when I walked in as a Black man. A simple “Hello” would have gone a long way. Instead, their behavior spoke volumes. This is a tiny shop, probably no more than 200 square feet. There is absolutely no reason for a customer to walk through the door, be visibly acknowledged, and receive nothing more than uncomfortable stares. And honestly, if I’m treated this way as a customer, I can only imagine how I would feel leaving my dogs in their care. If they couldn’t show me basic dignity, respect, and consideration, I have

Woofgang is the best! After having chain pet stores tell me I need to “sedate” my dog to have him groomed, I found Woofgang . He didn’t need to be sedated. He needed a groomer that knows how to handle dogs. I have been taking my Frankie there for a couple years now and love it!!

Ashley at Woof Gang is absolutely amazing with my sassy little Pomeranian. She is so meticulous, patient, and clearly cares deeply about the dogs she works with. My little guy always comes out looking like the most perfect little ball of floof, and I couldn’t be happier with his grooms every single time. Beyond the grooming itself, the front desk staff is always incredibly sweet and welcoming, and scheduling/communication is always easy and painless. The bakery treats at the front of the store are so cute and fresh, and such a nice added touch to what can be a stressful experience for the dogs. My pup is obsessed with the mini cookies. Highly recommend Woof Gang to anyone looking for a groomer who truly cares 😊

Kayleah did my 5 month old Australian Shepherds groom, we booked a full groom with a de-shedding. Unfortunately because it was my baby boys first ever professional groom he was a bit wiggly and crazy so we had to bump it down to a mini groom. Overall, she did AMAZING and he looks so good! I was so nervous leaving him alone for the first time like that, but he was in perfect hands! Super duper happy with the outcome even with a mini groom. I will 100% be coming back for the rest of future grooms needed. Plus the bakery in the front has a HUGE assortment of fresh and homemade treats and very high quality food products. I recommend this grooming company for ANYONE. 10/10 and 5 stars!!

My husband and I are so glad we found Tiffany at Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming! Luna is very shy and filled with anxiety, so it’s always comforting to know she is in good hands. We really love bringing our fur baby in to get groomed as well as shopping around for treats and necessities for her. Thank you Tiffany for always making sure Luna receives incredible care. You truly make her feel happy and comfortable!
