My dog has been groomed by this location for 4.5 yeas now. She enters nervously, but always comes out happy and cute. The staff is always friendly. Prices are equal to the cheapest mobile groomers put there.

I went to Pet Smart grooming today on behalf of my aunt after she had found their paw-dicure plus package on their website that included a nail trim, teeth brushing, and ear cleaning a few days ago online. She called the grooming service a couple days ago and was told that she could just bring her dog in at any time without an appointment, and that I didn’t need to bring anything just the dog. When I arrived, I was suddenly told I needed to provide a rabies vaccine record for the dog, which was never mentioned on their website or in the phone call. The 2 employees (a heavy-set man with a beard and a young woman with two chin piercings) I think the womans name was Jordan began lecturing me about the records and repeatedly asking if I had a phone number on file, despite me explaining that I was told by my aunt I didn’t need one. While I was on the phone with my aunt explaining the situation, the 2 employees continued to pressure me about the phone number and updated rabies vaccine records until I finally raised my voice for them to stop which they did. When I told them again that I was told I didn’t need to bring anything, the woman replied rudely that they hadn’t received a call “to

I waited in store for over 30 minutes for the employee to finish helping a customer buy fish. I was going to buy a pretty expensive fish tank and stand. When the guy finally finished, I showed him what I wanted. He told me he would be right back. I stood there for another 20 minutes and he never came back. I found him working the register after walking away, helping other customers who arrived way after I got there. This poor customer service is completely unacceptabe.

They groomed my dog exactly like asked and I was very pleased. I will definitely bring my dog back for grooming.

I’ve always had a positive experience with Petsmart Grooming in Sugarland. They are great with my two large breed dogs. Will definitely continue using them.
