PetSmart Grooming

I took my baby here to get groomed and had a terrible experience. It was almost like they didn’t want to service him because of his broken toenail. A haircut includes his face and they didn’t touch his face and that also doesn’t have anything to do with his broken toenail. They also didn’t give him a bath. I definitely won’t be going back to these people. They didn’t do 100 dollars worth of work. 😡 😡 😡

We take our dogs here, as well as the MiL's... All the girls are great - I have not seen a guy there... 😏 Very friendly and knowledgeable. Our dogs come out looking great. I have tried to do them myself, but it's just not the same😂 You can make your appt online, which is convenient, then you also pay online when they're done. The groomers all do a great job, never had any issues. I like my little doggies just so, and they do exactly right ! After you drop them off for grooming, browse the store. Whatever you need - cat or dog - food canned and dry) and countless brands !, toys, beds, harnesses, whatever you need !

Wont even see my cat and canceled her appointment without telling me after I called and confirmed they could see her. Wouldn't waste any money at this store or salon.

I spoke with Fran the manager and she was very reluctant to even consider grooming my 12 yr old lab because she didn’t think she could stand on a table long enough to be shaved. Uriah has groomed her before and did a great job. I am moving groomers since this company doesn’t want to even put forth ANY effort to even see if they could from my dog and YES my elderly dog CAN stand long enough to get groomed! I don’t recommend this company because obviously they don’t want my business and I tip very well.

I came in to PetSmart to p/u my online order that was paid for. This was Tuesday evening, Nov. 15. The woman that I asked to help me said I had to wait in line for her to give me my order and the lines were long. She had a set of keys, so I guess she is a supervisor or something. She helped the other cashier with her keys on that register. I understand I would need to wait for her to finish the customer she was waiting on, but I did not think I should have to wait at the back of the line. When you order online your supposed to be able to skip the line. What's the purpose of ordering online? She said she did this to every customer that's picking up an online order. She was very rude about it. I did wait in line but I was so embarrassed by her attitude toward me in front of everybody!
