I can't say enough positive things about Staycation pets! They took excellent care of my new rescue pup and returned him to me in the best of health! I loved all the videos of his pup trips!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the moment I met him, it was clear how kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate he is about dogs. He has a deep understanding of dog behavior, which immediately put me at ease knowing my dog was in capable hands. He provides a safe, structured, and caring environment, and truly goes above and beyond what you’d expect from a boarder. Not only does he ensure the dogs are well cared for, but he also works with them—providing both physical exercise and mental stimulation, and even incorporating training during their stay. He also kept us updated with regular videos, which meant so much. Seeing our dog out visiting places like nursing homes and even Bass Pro Shop, happily interacting with people, really showed the level of time, care, and effort he puts into each dog. It’s clear he goes the extra mile to make sure they’re not just cared for, but truly enriched and engaged. At pickup, I had the chance to meet his wife, and they truly seem like a lovely family. It really reflects in the way they care for the dogs—they treat them as if they are their own. Communication was excellent the entire time—very open, honest, and re

This was our first time using Staycation and it will not be the last time. This is now my go-to for dog boarding. Derrell was very attentive and gave us plenty of updates during our time away. It felt like our dog found his home away from home. We love our dog, but I think he might have been in even better care with Derrell. He was asking questions and keeping up with issues I don't even think about. I'd trust any pet with Staycation and I know our dog is already looking forward to his next visit.

Staycation Pets is an absolutely top-notch, extremely unique place for boarding your dog(s)! Derrell was recommended to me by a friend when I was searching for a new place to board my pup, and I honestly cannot express how happy I am to have found him. Derrell doesn’t just board dogs - he does everything with them! He spends time training them, takes them on long walks and adventures all over town, bathes them upon arrival and departure, and loves on them the entirety of their stay. Additionally, Derrell conducts a very thorough meet-and-greet before accepting a pup to be boarded to ensure good temperament and safe environment for his dogs as well as the other dogs that stay there. This alone gave me so much peace of mind the first time I left my pup there. Additionally - Derrell always sends photos and videos of their adventures! I will only ever be boarding with Staycation Pets from now on. Derrell is amazing and I cannot recommend him enough!

Five-Star Experience with Staycation Pets – Highly Recommended! I recently boarded my dog, Valentine, with Staycation Pets for two days, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience! From start to finish, their service was impeccable. Communication was clear, concise, and effective, ensuring I felt at ease leaving Valentine in their care. The boarder was not only friendly but also incredibly thorough, making sure all of Valentine’s needs were met. They took her on regular walks, provided updates with adorable pictures, and even gave her a wash upon arrival and before she came home, leaving her fresh and happy. It’s clear that Staycation Pets truly cares about the dogs they look after. Valentine came home relaxed and well-cared for, and I will absolutely be using their services again. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, professional, and compassionate boarding service, I highly recommend them!
