PetSmart Grooming

my dog has been going here for a rly long time, we usually are pretty satisfied with the job they do. they have been rude in the past but this past time was completely unacceptable. we brought our dog in and they told us they couldn’t take him because his ear was matted and we needed to get a vet to do it. they assured us the other ear was fine. we went to the petsmart vet and they told us that it would be 720$, pissed off, i brought him home and did it myself. i then brought him back the next day and then they told us that they couldn’t do it because of the OTHER ear, and that our dog was being aggressive which he has NEVER been. i touched the ear as much as i could wherever and he was perfectly fine. i became annoyed and told them what happened the past time and how it seems rude that they keep turning him away. she was very rude and just said no we cannot take him. so i then called a few other places and found this amazing dog salon 15 minutes away and they took him in, were the nicest people i’ve ever met, and gave him an amazing grooming and bath with no problems or hesitation. they spoke nothing about said ear. i am beyond pissed at petsmart and will not be returning.

My dog is hard to control. They did an amazing job. I’m very grateful for taking care of him.

Decent place for dog and cat owners. A bit crowded inventory wise, but nice for a smaller store. Be aware this is only dog and cat stuff,no other pet types, no fish tank stuff, etc
