Great price and decent hair cuts. I've been using their grooming services for the past few moths

Took my puppy in for a bath and groom, and Stephanie B was amazing! the check in process was easy and fast, she took out pup back and let us know it was going to be a 1-2 hours. when we came to get him he looked better than ever. the attention to detail was great and she gave report on how he did! I would definitely recommend her!

Took my dog to get knots removed at their groomers at 8am. I had to call them to make sure they didn't forget about me after 4.5 hours. They said they were finishing up. I went and the service to myself and others was the slowest and most inefficient. 5 hrs later I get my dog and they didn't remove the knots. I was upset since that was the whole point of paying 50 some bucks. They had to take him to the back again. No sincere apology. Zero service recovery. Extremely disappointed.

I have been a faithful Petsmart shopper for years . This store always has what I am looking for . Besides the great products offered I have always been impressed by the exceptional greeting I receive from Rose as I walk in. It never fails , she is consistent in greeting all customers that enter even when she is busy at the register. She always available to help in anyway . She helps you find solutions to your pet concerns and she offers additional services / supplies that you may need. Her work ethic exemplifies the top notch company she works for. Not only does the branding of your store stand out but workers like Rose set the bar at another level !! Props to her and her smile !
