Initial review 7/1: Worst grooming experience we have ever had. Do not recommend this place. We took our two dogs to Pawlished Paws Boutique and Spa Inc. and spent over $300, only to receive horrific service and zero care for our pets' safety. When the groomer brought our dog Ollie out, he casually mentioned he had nicked Ollie’s ear, saying it would be fine to take the gauze off once we got home. There was absolutely no sense of concern. We assumed it was a minor incident, but as soon as we got home and Ollie shook his head, blood spewed everywhere. It was a complete mess. We had to hold pressure and re-bandage his ear three separate times that day. It was bad enough that my husband had to call off work for 2 days just to stay home, monitor him, and make sure he didn't disturb the wound. When I called the salon to report what happened, the woman on the phone was completely indifferent. She showed zero empathy, didn't ask how Ollie was doing, and offered no apology. All she said was to call back if we took him to the vet so she could "tell the owner." Been going for years.. I was a loyal customer until today. I left a Bichon Maltese and picked up a hairless chihuahua. I spoke with the owner to complain. She was extremely rude, obnoxious, defensive and angry. I can tell customer's complain alot, she was so angry. She refused to accept responsibility and hung up on me. The owner is two-faced and conniving. Her kindness was just a front until you have a complaint. This is why they can never maintain happy groomers they always leave, she's terrible boss and owner. Two photos before and after. You can see his skin it was so short and obviously irritated his skin. I'm super pissed and sad. I should of listened to past customers. She always responds to customer reviews with lies and deception. I have spoken to past customers where she was responsible for injuries and sadly worse when left in her care. Don't fall for her entitled lying mouth. She spews hate and manipulation. She responds to every review look for yourself.

First time at this shop. They did a great job on my Morkie and Yorkie. They were very messy when they arrived but they came out beautifully. They were professional and timely with the appointments

I took my dog here for the first time yesterday & her appointment turned into a nightmare! When I dropped off my dog she was in perfect shape and when we arrived they told us they had accidentally cut her paw and had let me know ( that was my first sign ) then 5/10 minutes into going back home her eyes started shutting completely! I called back and asked if anything else had happened & they said no, we picked her up at 4 & fast forward to that night we ended up having to go to the emergency vet because my poor dogs eyes were hurting her and she wasnt able to open them! While we were there for hours they finally told us she had gotten ulcers in both eyes and were pretty large and caused her significant damage! They had let us know it was from either getting cut in the eye from their shavers or from whatever soap they used it caused severe burning to her eyes! From this single appointment she now has to have a cone on for 2 weeks, we have to put eye gel in her eyes 3-4 times a day, & now have to make an follow up appointment after already spending hundreds at the vet! Mind you when we first called and had let them know all heather did was offer a free service grooming for next time.
