Took my German Shepherd for Bath & Brush and my Pomeranian for Haircut, Bath & Brush with Shelby. As soon as I saw my boys, my heart melted! She did such a great job with my Pomeranian’s haircut! I had taken them to other PetSmart grooming locations in Houston, and they could never get his haircut right. Shelby got it right on the FIRST try, she did amazing!

Went in there for a simple nail trim and teeth cleaning for my 1 and a half year old pitbull and the ladies in there were rude staring at us as if we were a nuisance. Even though we had gone Monday to get registered with rabies vaccination I was told I needed it again so had to go all the way home and when I came back I was told they could not work on my dog due to the paper work “not showing enough”. DONT recommend .

I took my dog to go get washed trimmed and nails and everything else paid 120 for them to just call me to tell me how i want my dogs hair cut when her hair is long and basically just trimmed her butt. I wanted her trimmed all the way around but he just didn’t understand I guess.

Grooming service is what you'd expect for cheap prices. I was very clear over the phone that I had two large dogs, with lots of fur, and they had their rabies shots. I was told a price. Once I get there, they are trying to add extra grooming fees, saying the dogs have too much fur. Even after the girl on the phone said no problem. Then, even with the rabies tags on their collars, they said that wasn't good enough and they couldn't work on my dogs. Also, after the girl on the phone said it was ok. On top of it all, the attitude of everyone there was upset and angry. Even if I jumped through all their extra hoops and paid extra, I wouldn't want those cranky people working on my pets.
