We have been taking our Chuiweenie , Maria , to Petsmart grooming for the past several years. The groomer our dog really likes is “Kaitlyn”. She takes great care our fur baby and Maria enjoys her spa day. Highly recommend this business.

Booked onlime with Courtney, she did great with Winston. Also informed me there was a scab on him and recommended what to do for him chewing on his paws

We love PetSmart grooming in Pooler, Ga. Eddie is our favorite groomer there. He takes care of our Tucker as if he was his own dog. Tucker loves seeing him monthly. Tucker is a Schnoodle but has very little poodle showing. Mostly Schnauzer. Eddie always trims him just right to accent those Schnauzer traits. We use PetSmart for all of our pet needs. Highly recommend their services.

Everything seemed fine at drop off and I appreciated the early hours of operations but within an hour of getting home I noticed my dog squinting and eventually keeping one of his eyes closed. I assumed it’s irritation from shampoo or hair dryer so I washed it out with water. Two hours later he could barely open his eye so I got doggy eye wash. By the next morning his eye was shut and he struggled to open it at all plus. There was also white discharge. This is a young dog with no health issues. This being a Saturday, no local vets could see him so I ended up taking him to the emergency vet who determined there was an ocular ulcer due to most likely shampoo being left in his eyes and/or additional neglect/trauma. This alone is awful but there were other reasons I won’t be coming back. When I didn’t hear from the groomer past the quoted time frame (they said 3-4 hrs. I called after 4.5) I called and inquired. They checked and said “oh yes, you can start heading over” and magically instantly I got the text that he was ready. It seemed like they just forgot to text me. Lastly the haircut is uneven. He was basically shaved and
