I’ve been using 4-paws grooming since 2024. These ladies do an amazing job! I love that on Saturdays they do first come, first serve, walk ins for grooming and bathing . I work a lot of random hours and being able to keep an appointment set weeks in advance never seems to work in my schedule. Also I want to make sure to say that the owner is a peach! She truly loves animals and she treats my baby with the most love and respect that I’ve seen from any groomer. I HIGHLY recommend this business! I will add that because I am not the most diligent on brushing my Mini schnauzer she gets matted. I take full responsibility for that and that because of schedule it takes me longer than I would like to get her back in again for cuts, so her fur is often matted. But they are patient and kind with her, & me! There is a fee for this service and I usually pay $125 for de-matting, bathing, grooming, ears cleaned with hair removal, glass cleaned, and nails grinding down. I feel like this is a reasonable price. If you’re on the fence call and talk to them and you’ll know exactly what I mean when I say they are kind and really love working with the animals. And his pet owners isn’t that all that

BEWARE: IF YOU DON’T WANT YOUR DOG’S WHISKERS CUT YOU MUST EXPLICITLY STATE THAT! Took my baby here over the weekend, upon picking her up I thought she was fine, but when I got home and took a closer look I realized they cut off her whiskers, her stomach had all this irritation and razer burn that was NOT there the night before, and her nails appeared to be cut when I asked for them to be ground. When I called to request a refund for the poor service and the fact she cut the whiskers off the face of my dog without any consent, she told me she doesn’t give refunds out and that a groom includes trimming of the face whiskers unless stated otherwise if they’re a working dog. Whiskers on both cats and dogs operate as a sensory organ for them, and unless you’re running show animals it should not be common practice to just snip them off. She said I can bring the dog back to get her fixed but she would not give a full refund. When I tried to explain how her whiskers were not only cut, but cut unevenly (like it was an accident) she kept talking over me and said she didn’t see a problem when I had picked her up. I understand wanting to see proof of what the issues are, but she felt extremely

Today, I took my Golden Doodle for her initial full grooming session, and I must say, she's looking even more stunning now. The welcoming atmosphere and genuine southern hospitality truly enhance the experience. If you're seeking a groomer, I highly recommend Four Paws Grooming without hesitation. They provide excellent service at an affordable price! I will be making them Nova’s Furever groomers.
