My 10 month old mini poodle Phoebe has only been professionally groomed a handful of times. In the past, she was able to get through a partial grooming. PetSmart has wonderful staff who have been patient with her. She finally got through her first full session & looks fantastic!

--- I recently brought my dog to PetSmart for a grooming session. I chose one of the higher-tier packages (around $130) because I wanted the full experience and the location was convenient. While the groomer seemed polite and professional in appearance, I wasn’t completely satisfied with the service. When my dog was brought back to me, she still had a lot of loose hair flying all over her. Normally, the groomer will clean off any excess hair before returning her, but that didn’t happen this time. Also, the shape of her face wasn’t what I expected—it looked uneven and a bit rushed, especially around the mouth. I overheard the groomer mention she had to leave by 3:00, which made me feel like she might have rushed the job. I understand my dog can be a little difficult during grooming, but for the price I paid (plus a generous tip), I was hoping for more attention to detail. Overall, I’d rate the experience a 3 out of 5. It wasn’t terrible, but I don’t feel like I got the full value for what I paid. I may consider other grooming options in the future.

I gave this location a 2nd chance after another groomer needed a time change of which was inconvenient for me. Alex and Cynthia's team did such a good job on the bath and brush despite low staffing and delivered such good service including comp toys and coupons which came in handy. All knots and tangles were removed and he smelled amazing
