So I recently booked an appointment and once I got there I was told by someone(didn’t say her name) that my dog has to be vaccinated for a full 48 hours. Which was fine but my issue was I then had to reschedule but I wasn’t told it was going to be with a different groomer. When asked by a male if she would take it, she responded “no”. Not even realizing who she was. This was a groomer who I was recommended to but they rescheduled me with someone else and I wasn’t told it wouldn’t be with original groomer. So I will not be going back.
