I absolutely love Neon Dog! I have been bringing my dog since we got her last year, and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is wonderful and they do an amazing job. They always tell me how happy they are to see my pup, and that makes me feel so good! She always comes out smelling amazing, feeling so soft and looking shiny and healthy. Neon Dog has been excellent with my dog, Leroy. He’s a very dramatic 11-year-old mini schnauzer mutt and definitely gets nervous, so I really appreciate a groomer that makes the whole process easy and takes good care of him. Neon Dog does exactly that. The space is clean and organized, booking online is simple, and the whole experience is easy from start to finish. They’re also fast, which is huge with a nervous older dog. They keep the process moving smoothly, and Leroy is usually ready quickly without it feeling rushed. Communication is great too. They send a text when he’s close to being done, which makes pickup easy and keeps everything moving smoothly. Most importantly, they take great care of him. He always comes back clean, well-groomed, and happy to be done with the whole dramatic ordeal. Really appreciate Neon Dog and definitely recommend them.

I had such an incredible experience thanks to Kyla. I called in a bit panicked because I thought I found a tick on my dog’s head (first time in five years, so I was definitely stressed). Kyla calmly talked me through everything over the phone and suggested I walk over since I live nearby. When I arrived, she came outside and took the time to look with me, reassure me that it was actually just a scab, and explain what to look for moving forward. She also walked me through tick removal tools and gave me really helpful tips for managing my Australian Shepherd’s coat during tick season. Kyla truly went above and beyond. She turned what felt like a stressful situation into something manageable and educational. I’m so grateful for her kindness, patience, and willingness to help. Highly recommend!

Milo looks so cute. We love Julianna, she’s great and very attentive to detail. I simply just explain to her as well as show her previous pictures of Milo’s grooming haircuts and she executes every time. Thank you neon dog for such a great experience.
