Called the grooming number to inquire about a quick wash service. I was told vaccine records were needed and this was a walk in service. My wait would be 5-10 minutes. I drove to the location to be told they only had time for a nail trim. Apparently I spoke to a call service attendant. If the call service people are answering the phone they need access to their appointments. Drove all the way home without a bath. Waste of time.

When I sent my wiener dog to get her nails trimmed she came back all bruised. The bruises were blue and all over her chest. Definitely won’t ever go again.
