Took my dog Millie in for a grooming when I picked her up the stylist was no where to be found. Got millie home. Few days after her grooming Mille showed signs of irritation in her butt and tail area come to find out she she had very bad razor burn skinned to be exact.under her tail. No one at the salon informed me of this at ALL. That this happen. Upon calling and leaving. A message asking to speak to manger to inform them of this that we had to take her to the vet because it was extremely inflamed and again no one told me about this I left a message and. No one called me back I tried to call again later and just got the voice mail I am extremely pissed off not only did I pay and tip the groomer then had to turn around and pay $160.00 to get her treated and coned and no phone call from the salon offering an apology or n e kind of resolve ment of what they did. ThIs this how dog salons are treating customers such bad business and the fact that no one could take 5 minutes to call me back is such bad business needless to say I will discourage any one from going to This salon and will not return .shown is a pictures of her underneath tail inflamed . unbelievable. And again no o

Four month old Cavapoo, and I was so worried, but she did great, looks adorable, and the people here are really nice.

Best groomers around. Staff is super friendly and they take great care of the furbabies! When we moved her from Columbus I thought I would never find a grooner that compared to the one I had. Kim has surpassed that by miles. I cannot be happier!!!

Jenna did a wonderful job grooming my 5 month old cavapoo, Honey. She listened to what I wanted her to look like, and she did perfect! I could not be happier with the service and care she gave to my girl! We have our next appointment scheduled already.

My husband and I rescued a 7 month old Goldendoodle and she hadn’t been groomed before. Our realtor who also has doodles recommended Dana’s to us and it was a wonderful experience. Our pup was still very nervous and scared but they took great care of her while she was there. They were so kind and gentle with her from what I saw when I dropped her off and picked her up. They also did a wonderful job and cut her exactly how I wanted her cut. The only thing I would recommend they do moving forward is to overestimate the time it will take. They told me 3 hours and after 4 hours, our pup still wasn’t ready. We had a training session booked that evening so I had to have them rush the rest of the service. Next time I’ll know to make an appointment earlier in the day and expect it to take most of the day.
