They got us an appointment scheduled within a day of our call, and the groom came out excellent! The groom took about an hour longer than expected since they were unusually busy, so if you’re on a tight timeline that may be a factor to consider.

Tiffany has been grooming our dogs for YEARS, which has included a Westie and two types of Doodles. We are always pleased with our experience at PetSmart. Whether it is the ease of booking via the app or calling the store, they take the best care of your pets. This is a well-run grooming salon (can't speak to other locations) and Lafayette should be proud to have such a great grooming staff.

Created an account and registered our Maltese Riley for grooming. We haven't been there yet so we'll discover what the store has to offer and evaluate the services that we will be using. Website was very easy to use and fast and registering was a breeze.
