We had a very good experience at the grooming salon, they took care of me right away and Hector Cabrera was very nice and helpful, he did exactly what I told him to do with my puppy grooming, he’s awesome 👍

If you come here you need to ask for Elias!!! Super informative and sweet. You can tell they love animals and have an extensive knowledge on how to care for them. Love that they helped not only in what supplies but also with any questions about each animal. They didn’t just try to sell us anything but actual items that are good for the animal. Thankful for them and we also loved when they called the guinea pig Reese’s which is what we ended up naming him. Grateful for people that enjoy what they do and are willing to help.

I used to take my dog here, there was a person who usually takes care of him, she was very kind and I never had problems. That person stopped working in this location, I took my dog a few more times after she left, and what a bad experience I had. The last time I went to this location they charged me an extra 10 dollars because my dog moved a lot, according to them it’s a policy from the store. I don’t mind paying when I’m receiving a service, but when they tell you that they’re going to charge you because your dog moves a lot, I felt that it’s irrational when it comes to animals. Dogs are all different, don’t come to me with things so out of place like that. Anyway, I paid for my service and let the person who was at the register know my discontent. I did not write a bad review and let my discontent go away. Yesterday someone called me asking me if I wanted to receive service for my dog, I let the lady know my dissatisfaction with the last service and I am guessing having the minimum knowledge about what customer service is, she told me that I could look for in home grooming service that fits my needs, (appreciate the suggestion but you called me and because you did not hear a pos

After a bad service at Petco, I brought my dogs here for grooming. The check-in went smoothly, she called me when she found something that wasn’t right, and the pick-up went fast. They came out looking handsome and charming😍 Thank you PetSmart! We’ll be back for sure. Destiny B. did a wonderful job on both puppies.
