I had a really hard time of going back in forth deciding if I was going to post my review or not but after multiple conversations with friends and family, we decided we should. This incident happened last month, in June. While we were away for a week long trip, one of my pugs lost a toe, it was bitten off by another dog, in a running gate that was left opened by a staff member. I understand that accidents happen and you sign a waiver at check in, however, the way this situation happened could have been avoided completely. I was informed that my dog was not only rushed to the vet but also was staying with the manager. My other two pugs, were moved to a different room as well. I do appreciate that aspect. We were also told that all medical bills were going to be paid by kennel and we would not be charged for our stay. Also, great! As they should! What bothered my wife and I the most, was at the check out process... we went in to collect our dogs, and we were told the assistant manager would be there to talk to us and make sure pick up went smoothly. Charlie was adopted, but when my circumstances changed, I needed to find a daycare for him. I’m so grateful I found Bass Pet Resort. The facility is always clean, professional, and accommodating, but what stands out most is the staff. They genuinely care about all the animals, and it shows in everything they do. From the moment Charlie started attending, they made him feel safe, welcomed, and loved. Since starting daycare, Charlie has come out of his shell and gained so much confidence. He truly loves coming here and spending time with his friends. Seeing his transformation has meant more to me than I can express. Knowing Charlie is happy and excited to be there gives me so much peace of mind. I don’t know if the staff realizes just how much they have helped both Charlie and me, but I am incredibly grateful. Thank you to the entire team for loving and caring for Charlie and for helping him become the happy, confident dog he is today.

I wish I could give this establishment more than 5 stars ! We live in Central Indiana and have Condo in Kissimee, that doesn't allow pets. We've only had our rescue 10 months. He is 120 lbs of muscle, severe trust issues from previous abuse and he's deaf in left ear and very hard of hearing in right. Let me tell you our Boy THRIVED at Bass Pet Resort & Spa !! He played with other big dogs and received so much love from staff !! I highly recommend the " post card option ', what a relief to get a picture and update for a few more dollars. I also want to Thank staff for taking such good care of me. I called EVERY morning, was greeted with kindness, information and instructed to enjoy my vacation " Biggie is doing great " Thank you Again for taking such amazing care of our special boy.

Bass Pet Resort has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine love for animals is clear the moment you walk through the door. Exceptional Care and Staff The staff were absolutely great and consistently welcoming. Their professionalism stood out, and it was obvious that they truly love and enjoy caring for the pets entrusted to them. A Happy and Well-Cared-For Dog My dog was always excited to go, which says everything about how comfortable and happy he felt there. When he came home, he was happily tired, clearly having spent the day playing, socializing, and being well cared for. Thoughtful Communication and Attention to Detail The report cards were a wonderful touch and showed the level of attention and care they provide to each pet. It was reassuring to see how closely they monitored his day and how much thought they put into his individual needs. Overall, Bass Pet Resort delivers exceptional care in a professional, loving environment. It is easy to trust them with your pet, knowing they treat every animal as if it were their own.

My puppy, Zoe, loves all the wonderful staff at Bass Pet Resort. They always take such good care of her. Zoe loves it so much that she can barely contain her excitement every time I bring her in.
