We’ve been going to the grooming saloon at the Flagstaff PetSmart for years and have had nothing but amazing experiences! Everyone is so kind and they take such good care of the doggos - especially since one of our dogs is especially anxious! PetSmart grooming is VERY reasonably priced too - local places I’ve been to are double the price and lesser quality.

Jen and her assistant did an amazing job! My pup was cared for and groomed perfectly. We also got a toy, bandana, and coupon book!

I think it's interesting that people either love or hate the service. I guess it depends on who you get or what day of the week it is. I must have booked on the wrong day. I took my furbaby in for a bath, cut, and nails a whole spa day thing. I had previously been quoted $60. After this encounter, I asked what price they missed out on. She said $55. They couldn't get any price right. She came back with only a bath, brush, and anal glands checked. Of course, it only cost me $36. They lost out on around $30 and a tip. I'll wait for when I can take her back to my original place. This is what happens when you try to take a shortcut for anything.
