Shaunna is the rudest representative of PetSmart we’ve ever encountered. Our cat has been on the same medication for urinary problems. We’ve always had the same prescription number from day one but only had a picture of an expired car today. We have always been able to purchase with providing our prescription number. She shouted and said she needed to see the physical card. She acted like we were trying to do something illegal and denied us of our purchase. I’ve never in my life been yelled at by a store employee like this. Businesses always wonder why people are switching to online purchases. This is a prime example of why that is. We’re going to chewy’s going forward. They are cheaper and accepted our prescription number without issues.

Walked in not realizing they were about to close but came in to look at a specific bird that I actually wanted to purchase. Female worker walks up to us at 9:01p advised store is closed. Doesn’t ask if we need assistance with the purchase, if we can follow up with it tomorrow, etc.. just stands there until we follow her to guide us out. Disheartened, had my kiddos with me, and my son said we should’ve never came when we got into the vehicle. We’re new to the area and I thought maybe poking our head in for a bit on an animal would cheer them up. Thanks for the hospitality… but again my fault for not realizing it was close to quiting time right?.

I took my Standard Poodle in for a full groom. They assessed her well, were honest about the few matted areas she had (on her bracelets), and did a splendid job of taking her down to a summer cut. She was well treated, spotless, and happy! Taking our doodle in tomorrow -

‼️‼️I absolutely love our Pet Smart‼️‼️ They always provide Chick Fil-A Grade Level of Service. Everyone is nice, kind, professional, always kind, and willing to help. We got my 14 year old her 1st pet fish and now a bearded dragon from Pet Smart. My oldest got her birds and guinea pigs from Pet Smart. Although she no longer has the other pets, we have also brought Karma, the bully Here, and we love it. Jonathan and all the cricket personnel are just a joy to chat with. We always enjoy coming. Meet our newest edition to the family. "Phoebe Rose" she's a hoot.. We got our tank and all our pet supplies from Pet Smart. Duh, it's the place. Smart people with pets go shopping for all their Pet Supply needs‼️‼️‼️

The purfect one stop shop for all your pets needs. The employees are super knowledgeable and helpful. We took our newly adopted cat in for nail caps and they clipped his nails and gave him the prettiest blue manicure in less than 10 minutes. The grooming staff are awesome!!! Thanks for making Diesel the hippest cat in town! No more cat scratch fever, he’s doing the stray cat strut!
