I brought in my 15 year old golden at 9 months pregnant after my groomer had quit due to age and was greeted by the nicest employees! They walked me through the self service dog wash and were so sweet to my old boy Otis. After attempting to clean out the tub due to some excess shedding another employee came by and told me not to worry he’d take care of it. We both enjoyed the experience and will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much for making this experience so easy and stress free

This was my first shopping experience at Pet Supplies Plus on Northwest Highway in Garland. There was not a lot of staff around. They do have a decent self-serve doggie/cat wash including the bath supplies and towels.

Absolutely my favorite location. I was buying my dog food online and got acquainted with the store through their convenient dog wash station. I’m always impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the stores. They also have compatible pricing and offer coupons through the email. Garland location won my heart 💜 and took me offline and back into the store to support my local business. They took every lazy excuse away! With their stellar customer service. I am greeted like an old friend the minute I walk through the door. If I’m browsing or look lost someone offers genuine help. We tried to clean up once after a doggie bath and the gentleman insisted he was happy to take care of it. Even though we wanted to help because we have big shedders. To top it off they have a restroom which now a days is rare. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. Support this chain they appreciate their customers and it shows.

I only recently became a customer at Pet Supplies Plus, and I am so glad I did. A year ago, I adopted a senior dog from Dallas Animal Services; at 30 pounds and a bit reluctant to hop in the tub, he isn't the easiest to bathe at home. When I heard about the self-service dog wash station here, I knew I had to try it. The station is fully stocked, so you don't need to bring anything from home. They provide aprons, towels, and a variety of shampoos—including puppy, hypoallergenic, oatmeal, and 2-in-1 formulas. The walk-in tubs have pull-out ramps for easy access, and the water pressure is excellent. Plus, the commercial-grade dryer gets the job done quickly. The current price is $15, though I suggest confirming that before your visit. After the bath, it’s fun to walk through the store and let your pup pick out a treat for being such a good sport. They carry supplies for cats, dogs, small mammals, fish, and even birds. Every time I’ve visited, there has been a great sale—this time, thousands of items were buy one, get one half off. This is my go-to for getting anything for my dog. The staff are super friendly and you can snag some great stuff at a discount too. I enjoy the fact they carry Fromm.
