Frisco is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Frisco is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

My 10 year old dachshund recently had a grooming visit with Sherylee. I worry about his back as he has IVDD and worry about his anxiety because…he’s a dachshund. She took wonderful care of my baby. His haircut looks so fresh and he is so handsome. When I picked him up he was happy and relaxed and in a great mood. I will book with her from now on. She obviously took great care of him and it’s hard to find a trustworthy groomer with a breed like this. THANK YOU Sherylee for how you treated him and his wonderful new summer cut. I’m absolutely delighted.

I am disgusted by this place!!! There was so many Betta fishes living in tiny containers with dirty water and algae along the perimeter of the cup. PetSmart needs to do better!!

Went to the other frisco location off Eldorado first. They were great. Super friendly. Informed me that they don’t have a vet clinic so they can’t sell the RX food I needed for my cat. They told me the closest one was this location. So I went on my way to work. I walk in the door, never been to this location before and wasn’t sure what to do. The manager saw I looked confused when I walked in but also clearly didn’t WANT to help me. He goes “do you need something?” And so I told him the situation and he told me to go to the vet clinic. The vet lady was actually very sweet and informative. Walked me through taking a picture of the card on my phone so I can always access it and to not lose the card. I thanked her and she showed me where the food was too so shoutout to HER. The checkout experience was the worst part. I grab my food and the girl asks me “you ready to check out?” I say yes please and she tells me to go lane 1. I get a little confused which lane is which and she tells me to go to the other side. As I’m checking out and pay I put the RX card down for less than 30 secs to pay with my card and as I’m putting my card back in my wallet she goes with an attitude, “you’re gonna

I met the manager two days ago and asked if I could take a few sick bettas home as a “surrender” adoption. One of the males had severe swim bladder, unable to swim upright and gasping for air. I didn’t think we could make it, but I had high hopes. 48 hours of antibiotics and salt baths later, he is now swimming upright and around! I also adopted three beautiful girls, which as doing equally as well with treatment. They love their betta girl friends! Thank you for allowing surrender adoptions here :)

This place is extremely unprofessional and dangerous. BEWARE. I took my dog to the grooming service at 8:15 a.m. for a bath. I picked her up around 11:30 a.m., and the lady at the counter asked if my dog had any allergies. I noticed her eyes looked a bit off, and I mentioned that she suffers from allergies. At home, her eyes became increasingly swollen, so I called the veterinarian next door, Banfield, in the same store. They informed me there was no vet available until 2:30 p.m. I took my dog in at that time, and the doctor discovered it was likely a problem with the grooming, possibly an allergic reaction. I filed a complaint with the store manager, who tried to shift the blame onto me, despite not knowing much about the situation. I asked for a receipt as proof of my dog's visit, which they failed to provide in the morning. It took the manager about 15 minutes to find it. My dog is now blind and on medication. I'm unsure if she will recover. The veterinarian mentioned it might be treatable. PLEASE For the safety of your dog, do not take your dog to this place. HER EYES WERE PERFECTLY FINE IN THE MORNING .
