Today me and my partner spoke with a staff member named Tracy who was amazing!! She was professional, very knowledgeable, and personable! And answered all of our questions with a smile. She made our experience very pleasant! :)

The staff who helped me with getting a Beta Fish was very helpful and informative on what options I should get to help my beta thrive and be happy. I'm a very happy customer.

Very disappointed on my fur baby treatment yesterday. Our normal groomer called in and wasn't going to be able to groom my dog. Another person did the grooming and it took her over 5 hours and my dog didn't look like he had been cut. He was stressed out and they complained that he wouldn't be still and was growling. He has never growled or wiggled with his normal groomer. I will never let another groomer take care of my fur baby unless it is Courtney. They other groomer was texting us and saying they were running behind and seemed to be stressed out and they were stressing my dog. I truly think I should be reimbursed for such a horrible job on my fur baby. $100.00 is alot of money for a bad job. Vicki Dooling Here's an update from Petco: Petco was absolutely wonderful and they responded so quickly to my post. They apologized and stressed to me that they wanted all parents of fur babies to be happy. They reimbursed me for the haircut and a few other items. I thought this was extremely fair. I was in need of the product I ordered due to my cat having surgery for stomatitis and having all of his teeth removed. After driving to different pet stores in order to get a good supply of the liquid meal replacement, I thought if I ordered on line I would be able to order a couple boxes at a time. After my 1st order of 10, my 2nd order is coming in 3 or 4 different deliveries. I signed up for automatic delivery. Getting 2 or 3 at a time doesn't work for me. I am going to have to cancel my auto delivery. Sorry

I went in to buy pet clippers and had to wait about 10 minutes to get an associates attention. Once I finally got somebodies attention it was they were doing a favor to help me. Then when checking out, the same guy then only used one hand and was pushing a knocking over the box with the scanner. Once finally scanned , the product then registered for $50 more than the price on the shelf. When I mentioned that he was like "Well, that's what scanned as. That is the price, it must have been placed in the wrong spot." No verification of price, no want or effort. All with one hand in his pocket. Worst customer experience ever. Will not be going back.
