Saturday at 6pm PetSmart Walker Road Beaverton, so I been waited like 15mins still no one is helping but I already showed to the lady on check stand but still no one is coming on fish section because I need a gold fish’s, so I went to talk to a lady in check stands and I ask if she can help me and she said they are only two persons working and no one can be able to help me but I said I’m not in a rush willing to wait but she said the other person is busy and no one can help me out but I don’t see other customers than me and she said go back tomorrow and they will open at 9am so I went back 9am but still close because they are open 10am. Wow wrong info. Waste of time and gas 👎👎👎

We took our dog to the grooming salon here and had the BEST experience with Hugh. This was our dogs first grooming appointment ever and she is about 5.5 years old. She is a German shepherd so naturally she is high anxiety and we didn’t really know what to expect. Her undercoat was really starting to mat and she wasn’t letting us brush her out. Hugh was so gentle and patient with her when he first met her and gave us so much confidence that he was well equipped to handle her. 2.5 hours later and we got the call that he was able to do the complete session. Hugh praised our dog for doing as well as she could for her first appointment. She looked fantastic and her coat looked so much better. She also didn’t look traumatized when we picked her up which was huge. Thank you so much, Hugh, we will 1000% be back!

Came in pretty late tonight, about a half hour before closing. Just for some crickets, didn't want Beardy McBeardface, my 6 year old idea, to have to wait to eat. At any rate, it didn't feel like I was there before closing, in as much as employees feeling irritated, or short, or rushed. Felt the same as any time I've come in midday or in the morning. So very well done on the night crew. There's not many places that don't make you feel unwelcome from wanting to spend your money, and places like that will inspire me to spend my money elsewhere

It's an okay pet smart. The beta fish need to have their water changed. The other fish looked good. Animals looked healthy and their habits clean. I bought a regal jumping spider, plus set up. The check out lady was very nice and sweet.

My review is based mostly on accessibility, esthetic and selection. The store is wheel chair, walker and scooter friendly. Parking is plentiful and location is ideal if you’re in the Cedar Hills neighborhood running errands. This is a great store if you’re looking for pet gifts and lots of selection. We had a nice time looking at the ugly sweaters, advent calendars and treats. Staff is welcoming. It’s a good store especially since we have lots of pet family. Peaceful and easy freeway access to head straight home afterwards ☺️🦮🐾🐈⬛🐹🐸🦎🐟🦜🐁🐇
