Everyone that works here is so kind & helpful! We often special order a big bag of our cat’s food and they’re amazing at texting when the order is in and it’s very no hassle. They have everything your pet could need and you can tell they care about your pet based on the products they carry. I just wish they carried springs because they’re my cat’s favorite! I highly recommend this store and shopping local. Go outside and connect with people, you don’t need Chewy with a shop this good down the road.

I love Mud Bay. They are always helpful and courteous and knowledgeable. The food they carry is top quality and uses quality ingredients.

This is a cute shop. We're traveling with 2 dogs so we stopped in to get some dog cookies. They sell little pales that you can fill to your desire (price is based on weight.). My 2 were in having sniffing and trying to take samples. I was shocked at how affordable the pail was.... I would get 1/2 a container of milkbones for this price. I wish they were down in California!

My power-chewing 90-pound Catahoula Leopard Dog, Connor, is so hard to shop for. He either immediately destroys the toy or ignores it, regardless of the price tag. Beaverton Mud Bay's Benny suggested the dishwasher safe XL Woof Pupsicle toy with the Refill Pops. Connor has been blissed out in the sun with his new Pupsicle for a half an hour now!! Thank you, Benny! You nailed it!

My dog and I love Mud Bay, especially this store! Generally speaking, Mud Bay does a great job educating their staff so that they can help their customers at a pretty deep level (foods for dogs with internal issues etc). I've been to several Mud Bay stores, but this store really stands out. They've some how taken a quality brand (Mud Bay) to the an even higher level by providing an amazing level of service backed by quality pet knowledge. I can't say enough good things about them
