They would not sell us a female hamster because we own a male hamster even though we were going to keep them in separate enclosures and not let them see each other, they refused to sell us a hamster

To start off when I dropped off my dog, the lady who took her, using those slip collar, leashes, pulled on it a couple times fairly hard hearing my dog choking basically a couple times why she was bringing her to the back. Now she’s been there five or six times prior and has gotten a haircut, nail cut and grind and never was told of any problems prior. This time, though I was made a point when I was doing the initialing told that there’s a $10 fee if they need help with another person. When my bill was received per email. It was half of what it should’ve been. I called to find out and was told that the haircut could not have been done that they gave her bath and cut her nails, but they couldn’t grind it. She was too anxious and trying to bite them from what I was told. When I came to pick her up, I saw that the nails were never done and did talk to a “manager” and asked if they had cameras back there. I was told by her that yes they did have cameras an amazingly enough she was the one that helped get her into the tub for the bath, but told me she jumped right on the table to get groomed. I am so upset and dissatisfied with whoever Victoria is at Pet Smart near Siegen in Baton Rouge. This is the second time that I have picked my dog (Tash) up after a grooming appointment and she looked better going in than she did coming out. I refuse to make a mess of it but I won’t be bringing her back after this. Not only does she look like she has never been to the groomer but her nails are so sharp that they have scratched up my arm carrying her in the house. It is just ridiculous! Grooming fees are too high for someone to take this little interest in their job. Whoever oversees the grooming department needs to start inspecting the pets before they release them to their owners. I was so mad that if I had said a word while I was there, the police would have had to escort me out of the building. I am TOTALLY DONE with Pet Smart grooming.😡 LOVE the store HATE the grooming services with a passion now.

Brought my cat to be groomed with a lion cut and they returned her with just half of her shaved. I almost lost it from laughing but then realized I wasted $75. Don’t go here!

Misty is the best trainer ever! The training classes are affordable and informative. Misty answers all my questions and guides me in training my pup! From the first time she met my dog, who was traumatized, Misty started her on the path of training with a free evaluation during which my dog learned trust and a couple of skills. It was a Godsend! Once my pup was able to relax into her home and find her happiness, I enrolled her in classes. She went from lunging and possessiveness to learning tricks and understanding commands. She's only on her fifth week of training. She went from fear of other dogs and people to squealing with delight and wriggling with excitement every time we come to the store. She has made friends with several wonderful people who work there and who are all always so kind to me and my pup. Grooming services are also fabulous. Taylor goes out of her way to make Gizmo feel special when she sees her. Gizmo loves Victoria, too. Everyone in the salon treats Gizmo like a friend and she's always excited to see them all! I cant remember the names of of Gizmo's favorite cashiers, but you know who you are. Y'all are awesome and we appreciate you so, so much for always
