I’ve gone to this pet store for the last 6 months, and haven’t missed the big chains once. On the outside it’s clearly smaller than the large chains, but they have everything you need and then more. Plus, their employees are the nicest and most helpful people of any stores you’ll find in the area. If you are comparing this to Petco or PetSmart, this store would win every single time. If you’re looking for animals, theirs are taken better care of, and the workers are much more knowledgeable and passionate about the creatures. If you’re looking for food or crickets for your animals, you don’t have to go searching for anyone. If you want a fish, you don’t have to go searching for anyone. If you want specialty items or even pet grooming, they have everything you need and you won’t have to go search for anyone. I will never go back to PetSmart or Petco in this city as long as the store is open. I don’t even wanna read the negative reviews because I know they’re not real. Anyone who steps foot in the store will understand why it is the best.

Brought my dogs here for self wash station and absolutely loved it. It was great for washing my 100lb gsd. Employees were very sweet and helpful. I also got his nails trimmed and the groomer was very patient and gentle with my dramatic loud dog. I highly recommend this place.

I have an Australian Shepherd that has seasonal allergies requiring weekly baths to remove allergens. Well, this is a big task with a double coated dog so I decided to try the wash station to save my back from bathing her in the tub. The price was exceptional. I get five watches for $35 shampoo and conditioner included. I bring my own Medicaid shampoo to help with her eating skin, but the quality of the shampoo and conditioner is for the low price. The water is worn. The facility is clean and the staff is super friendly. I’m glad to find such a great resource close to home!

It was my first time here. Thought I'd give them a try and I received 30% off via text from them. I have a cat and wanted Science Diet dry food, Fancy feast canned food and flea meds. I was satisfied with my purchase however this store doesn't compare to Petsmart. Pet Supplies Plus is much smaller which means less variety. The prices seemed about the same however, one critical issue was the stench of dogs and/or 💩! The one staff member/cashier I had contact with was friendly enough and the location was easy to find. Unless another 30% off comes my way again I probably will not return.

I took my Dachshund, Willow in for a bath and nail clipping. Sara did an absolutely wonderful job, getting Willow bathed and smelling so good!! The price was very reasonable too. I definitely recommend!!!
