They tell you buy 10 bags of dog food get 1 free. At my last visit I was told my next bag of dog food would be free. Today I went to get my free bag and mysteriously I was told I needed to buy 3 more bags. Don’t trust them and I will never spend another dime at this store.

I understand policies may differ between online and in-store, but I found it odd they wouldn’t price match their own website, especially since that information isn’t clearly stated online. The customer service experience was also disappointing, no alternatives or solutions were offered, just a simple “we can’t do it.” Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to shop here again. Hopefully it can be updated soon.

We took our dog for a grooming appointment today and when we picked her up Crystal was very rude!! When I asked about the &15 extra handling fee, she said it was for hard to handle dogs!! She had the nerve to point her finger, while walking up to me. I Immediately told her she didn’t need to point her finger and that I would not be back.. This was not the first time she was rude. We buy all of our dog food here, but NOT ANY MORE, thanks to Chrystal!!!! I called and spoke with Joshua and he said he would talk to her, but he didn’t sound too concerned! Well, I’m concerned and feel every one needs to know what they may experience!! Enter at your own risk!! Good paying customers should be treated with respect!!!

Horrible customer service if you can call it that. After scheduling appointments for grooming, they can turn away your pet simply for taking ANY veterinary approved medication without telling your or asking you. Waste of time, all of the fish look unhealthy, items are all overpriced and I would not recommend it if there was no other option left.

We have 2 great dogs that get their nails trimmed by Chrystal. Suki is easy - Buster is very fussy. He wont let us touch his feet to trim his nails. He is a different dog with Chrystal. Buster sits and lets her trim away. We cant say enough about her rapport with dogs. Chrystal is one of those folks that have a closer link to animals than most humans. Chrystal is an exception to one of my favorite authors best quotes. "The more I learn about people, the more I like my dog." Mark Twain. Thanks again Chrystal- Buster/Suki will be back!
