The staff here did a great job and the pricing was not bad at all! They were also quick , but quality unlike some other groomers that make a trim on a small dog such as him an all day affair .

Absolutely terrible experience. The employees were incredibly rude, disrespectful, and acted like helping customers was a burden. They had no interest in assisting me with getting my pet groomed and treated me with a complete lack of professionalism. If this is how they treat people who walk through the door, I can’t imagine trusting them with my pet. Customer service was awful from start to finish. I will never be coming back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a business that actually cares about its customers.

I called to ask a simple question regarding their rabies vaccination policy before scheduling a nail trim appointment. Since many pet care facilities have different requirements regarding vaccinations, I wanted to ensure I was following their policies correctly. While I appreciate the information provided, I was disappointed by the manner in which my question was handled. The staff member who answered the phone sounded annoyed, sighed during the conversation, and responded in a way that felt dismissive. I was simply trying to confirm whether there was a waiting period after a rabies vaccination, which I believe is a reasonable question for a pet owner to ask. Professional and courteous communication is important, especially when customers are seeking information to ensure the safety and well-being of their pets. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer interactions.

I've taken my dog to many different groomers. This place has been the best one! My dog never goes in or comes out scared. The owner is very nice, organized and the service is always consistent. Whenever I call to book the appointment she schedules him within the next day or two. I did have one small incident, but she was very good at addressing it and making sure to give us the best quality service moving forward. Also they groom the dogs on tables out in the open, right behind the front desk. I've never once seen an unhappy or distressed dog on their grooming tables. I'd highly recommend this place!
