In Detroit, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in Michigan, and how long your pet will stay. Most dogs need a groom every four to eight weeks. Saturdays and the weeks before holidays book up first, so schedule ahead and check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.

Sheena did an excellent job with my dog Arthur, best haircut he has ever had. She cut his hair with pure love! Also, very easy to set an appointment!! I will be back, I now have a regular groomer!!!!

Super easy to book, great communication, and did an AMAZING job at grooming my dog. He’s normally very anxious and can snap a bit but they still managed to handle him with care, look good, and no cuts or burns at all. My permanent groomer for sure 😊

I never leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share this. I dropped my dog off and was told her groom would take 3-4 hours. I called after four hours and no one answered, so I came to pick her up. When I arrived, I was told she had been in her crate the entire time, had not been seen, and was next up. She had no water and no bathroom break for four hours. The groomer then told me she had been washed, which was not true (she had food from this morning in her fur) When I called the owner, she said it was because only one person was working that day. I understand being short-staffed, but a quick call would have allowed me to bring my dog in later. That never happened. This is not an isolated incident — it is a pattern. This was my second visit. The first time, I took a morning off and the owner called to cancel last minute due to staffing. She rescheduled me for the following, then tried to cancel the that instance as well. I had to take more time off to accommodate them both times. The management is disorganized, and based on my experience, the wellbeing of the dogs in their care is not a priority. They are taking on more appointments than they can handle and leaving animals to

Highly recommend. She went above and beyond to get my dogs scheduled quickly, even with her busy calendar. I have two Great Pyrenees with thick double coats, and grooming them is no small task! They came out looking absolutely gorgeous—soft, clean, and so well-maintained. I’m so impressed with her attention to detail and the care she put into making them comfortable. Highly recommend if you want someone who truly takes pride in their work!

My little furry baby enjoys going to Pets and Bubbles for her grooming. She is not usually friendly when other dogs are near by but she’s very comfortable there. Sheena does a great job grooming her.
