Pretty pricey compared to what we normally purchase pets for. When just checking it out one day, we decided not to buy. What they had didn't have a match. The lady helping us quickly turned her nose up at us after this being shared. I suppose they commission-based? If so, odd for a "pet focused" shop. Will not buy from here.

Stumbled into the store not knowing I would fall in love so fast! This little guy is an absolute doll. Same day I brought the whole family back to enjoy some more of his love! Tish was absolutely PHENOMENAL. The owner was also there every step of the way, helping us make the right choices and trusting in our instant bond. Every one was truly on this journey with us. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you guys so so so much! And we will see you again soon. ❤️🫶🐾

We had an absolutely incredible experience at Petland Rogers bringing home the newest member of our family — our adorable Mauzer (a Maltese/Schnauzer mix) — and we truly could not be happier with the way we were treated from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcomed, informed, and excited about the entire process. A huge thank you goes to Mr. Eddie Gonzales, who went above and beyond every single step of the way. Eddie was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect fit for our family. He answered every question we had, guided us through the purchasing process, and helped us pick out the best products and essentials for our new puppy. Loved this place. I like the setup. The puppies are kept in glassed enclosures so people aren't able to touch them, which is great. They have individual enclosures, so you can spend time with the pet of your choice. There are people watching the rabbits, ferrets and birds for safety. There's a fantastic selection. I wanted to pet them all 😍.

Wonderful service! Left there with a Ferret and named him Herman. Cade and Jaycee were such a huge help when gathering the things we needed. Definitely going to keep coming here.
