Sam is amazing and always leaves Beau looking so handsome! I would give FIVE STARS ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for Sam alone!!! He is very kind and Beau seems to love him! Beau is such an anxious dog and needs patience and Sam always makes sure Beau gets the correct care! He does an amazing job trimming his nails. BUT on the other hand, Julie is unprofessional. I went to drop off Beau for his grooming appointment with Sam, and Julie attended to us. First of all, when we first walked in there was another dog leaving and she seemed to be smiling while returning that dog to their owner. When she saw we were next in line with Beau, her smile faded and she seemed annoyed with Beau’s presence. While she was checking us in, she made passive aggressive comments about how Beau is difficult and he’s uncooperative about getting his nails trimmed. I think that was very uncalled for and UNPROFESSIONAL. She said he does way better with Sam. Honestly, if Beau seems happier with Sam, what does that say about her character and treatment of my dog in the past?! Sam will always get my respect and money!!! I appreciate his kindness and patience for my anxious pup.

Katelyn was awesome. Found a raccoon kit today have no idea what to do. Went to Petco, this woman helped me out. Thank you so very much, awesome job.

Dr. Becky Bynum Avery is hands down the best veterinarian we’ve ever had. She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly cares about the animals she treats. She takes the time to explain everything and makes both pets and owners feel comfortable. We are so grateful to have found her at Petco. If you’re looking for a vet who genuinely cares about your pet’s health and well-being, Dr. Avery is the one to see.

We went to buy our 1st family pet, a teddy bear hamster. Took a while to find someone to help and when he helped he wad extremely annoyed to help us. Later as he was getting a box provided a lot of negative opinions on another animal I had years ago as a pet. We discussed how we had one years ago and didnt agree to his opinion but it was an opinion. He became frustrated, very short and rude with me. Continued to disagree. I said That was enough he has his opinion and I have mine. Finished putting the hamster in the box. We said thank you and he looked away and didnt say anything back. My kids even said he was rude. No where in this did he need to go out of his way to tell us his negative opinion and get as annoyed as he did. We love our Hammy and hopefully won't ever have to go back to that store.

I recently visited the Petco store in Rogers, Arkansas several times this week and was extremely disappointed by the state of their fish tanks and the overall management of the store. The conditions in which the fish are kept are unacceptable and reflect poorly on the store’s commitment to animal welfare. Firstly, the fish tanks were dirty and poorly maintained. The glass was covered in algae, obstructing the view and creating an unhealthy environment for the fish. The bottom of the tanks was also filthy, with debris and waste accumulating, indicating a lack of regular cleaning and maintenance. Moreover, some of the fish were dead and others appeared to be in distress, displaying signs of poor health. This suggests that the water quality is not being monitored or managed correctly, which is essential for the well-being of aquatic life. In addition to the poor conditions of the tanks, the overall management of the store seemed lacking. There was no staff available in the aquatic section for 30 minutes to assist with inquiries or provide information about the fish and their care. This lack of oversight and care for the animals is concerning and needs immediate attention. I urge P
