Customer Service is horrible. There is an employee with who seems to always make themselves unavailable when customers are around. The manager/s are not helpful and do not solve issue ant hand with customers. The store is poorly kept and unorganized. Fish tanks are dirty, items are not properly stocked and the customer service is none existent. I will not return to this store.

Associates a very friendly with customers and of course they love when you bring your pets in for a visit. I've attended two free puppy play times with my new pup and the trainer was very knowledgeable and the experience was a delight. Highly recommend visiting on a Saturday at 11:00 a.m. If you have a 6-month-old or younger puppy

We love this petco store. Especially the grooming staff. They are very accommodating and friendly. There is plenty of parking and easy access.

I use to shop here allot always was welcome with open arms was great...obviously they change all the staff and excuse my language but I never seen so many lazy people in one area in my life ...every employee ! Somebody with glasses i guess he has a special privilege where he can walk pass a customer stand and what admiring the dirty tank ? and see me and pertend im not there .. I was standing in the reef section for almost 25min not one person approach me because no body was in the fish area working there so I received no help and when I start walking around they are all in a group doing the load just laughing so you need everybody in the store just to do a load ? Makes no sense and then I had to wait a few minutes on the register because the person in the register also doing load and the worst part about it all is the fish and animals jesus I this point let me have then so I can rescue them every tank is a mess dirty and fish's either died or sick because the lack of care .... cant even see the fish of how dirty those glasses are full of algae and sometimes when you ask for a fish if there is no sku number they will tell you sorry the person in charge that has the sku numbers l

Horrible experience today. My friend and I went in to view the animals, and while seeing the bearded dragons, we noticed very aggressive behavior. One dragon was biting the other one, not in a playful or normal manner. He was gnawing on the other’s foot, and when we brought it to the attention of the clerk at the front, we were greeted with VERY rude comments. We were simply concerned for the safety of the animal, (photo included.) The clerk said “They just do that. We have a bunch of dead fish too over there, there’s nothing we can do about it. Would you like to be bit?” We felt as if we were being belittled, I do not appreciate that tone whatsoever. The dragons foot was still bleeding and injured as we left the store, and no one went to check on it as far as I am concerned. Employees need to be talked to on the basis of both customer respect and animal care. Poor animal :(
