Our experience was beyond any expectations that my daughters and I had. We now have two sweet kittens and went home with confidence and with all of the supplies we needed! Mary and the rest of the staff were amazing. This is so far from what many think of a “pet store”. They clearly care about what they are doing here!

I am very excited to welcome our handsome 3 month old Maltese to our family. We named him Eddie and he is truly a doll. Mary B was so kind, and patient with me . I visited her a couple time's and she WAS THE BEST!! Love her personality and I truly believe she is an animal lover after viewing all her farm animals. I asked her so many ( MANY) questions and she answered them all. Actually I came on Sunday which was her day off but I was so happy to hear she was working in the back room. She came out with a really cool smile . After 5 minutes with Mary B and Michael the Maltese, my mind was made up!! This was meant to be. The 2 other young ladies working were so nice as well!! Amazing staff!! Ty Pet Express! Our family is now complete!! shhhh I’ll be stopping in to visit Auntie Mary and purchase more items. I believe her!!! She wants what’s best for these puppies! I will ask ask her tons of questions!!!!!! Great experience,

This place is great. The staff is super friendly and helpful (shoutout to Cristian and Abigail) and seeing all the puppies is just so cute, and the atmosphere is very nice. If you want to get a dog or are unsure whether or not you should, come here and you will fall in love.

Honestly, I’ve never bought a puppy from a pet store. I’ve always rescued. But this puppy was ours before we even knew her. Our experience with pet express was lovely. The place is immaculate and you can see the puppies are well cared for. Addie has been the perfect addition to our home. She came with everything we needed to get going and our other dog has a new best friend. Literally.

Carlos was absolutely amazing in helping us purchase our new beloved puppy alby renamed milo! He was super nice, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We really enjoyed our experience buying and learning about our fur baby because Carlos took the time to explain everything clearly and went over every important detail with us. His knowledge and kindness made all the difference, and we couldn’t be happier with our new furry family member! Highly recommend asking for Carlos if you want a smooth and joyful puppy buying experience. Thank You Carlos ❤️
